At Cimetière Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, I enter, update, verify, and retrieve information from databases, records, and spreadsheets. I also research historical and administrative records, checking names, dates, and locations for accuracy.
I write client correspondence in French and English, and translate or adapt information when needed. As I complete my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), my academic work includes research, critical analysis, summarization, and structured writing.
