I’m a High Volume Hiring Specialist currently managing full-cycle high-volume hiring at Amazon Operation Services Inc. I understand hiring needs to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategy, manage the candidate pipeline (leads validation, Job Offer Endorsement, and pre-hire requirements), and coordinate start dates and OU assignments.
