I'm leading pre-COD operations for CaribelNG's first floating LNG regasification terminal in Tolú, structuring O&M, supply chain governance, commercial readiness, and critical operating agreements with national and international counterparties.
Across Cenit, Ocensa, and ODL in the Ecopetrol Group, I've led pipeline, marine terminal, crude, and refined-products operations with responsibility for OPEX, CAPEX, asset management, logistics, contracts, and teams. I delivered 87% EBITDA and more than 15% OPEX reduction at Ocensa, supported carbon-neutrality certification through solar integration, and build high-performance teams through trust, empowerment, and disciplined execution.
