My name is Diamond Nguhemen Akeren, and I am a dedicated front desk professional with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. During my time at Gege Couture in Abuja, I managed front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients and addressing their needs promptly. My experience in this role has honed my ability to multitask and maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors.

In addition to my professional experience, I have volunteered with Equal-Hands Foundation in Lagos, where I assisted in distributing clothing to underprivileged individuals. This experience not only enhanced my interpersonal skills but also deepened my commitment to community service. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at Benue State University, where I am also undergoing online training in project management principles and methodologies.
