I have 3+ years of experience in sales, cold calling and customer service.

In my previous role as a customer support and outbound caller, I worked in the educational sector. I would contact potential clients who had clicked on our ad or had shown interest through an enquiry I would inquire about their needs and by understanding their needs, I would professionally handle rejection or make a sale.

I handled about 50-80 calls a day and out of those calls, I would reach 20-3- people and successfully make 3-5 sales (enrollments). When a potential clients say their busy, I tell them I understand their time is valuable and what I have to say will only take a couple of minutes. But if they stills insist they’re busy, I book an appointment.

I’m a great communicator, proactive and i’m willing to learn. I enjoy helping customers find the right solution to the problems.
