What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first role where I can own HR operations and also drive data-informed digital marketing and content—partnering cross-functionally, mentoring others, and delivering measurable growth.

I’m an HR Manager focused on building strong people systems—creating HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining records, and resolving employee issues with a steady, solutions-first approach.

Alongside HR, I lead digital marketing work: planning and running campaigns, managing website performance, studying trends, and driving content creation to strengthen online presence. Previously, as a Marketing Head, I grew student registrations through digital and school outreach, partnered with educators, organized events/webinars, and used campaign performance analysis to improve results—plus I bring coaching strength from my counselling and personality development trainer experience.
