What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR-operations or workforce-planning role where I can use talent acquisition and performance management to improve engagement and retention, and apply digital strategy to strengthen employer branding and market/customer insights.

I’m an MBA graduate with a dual focus on people and markets, and I enjoy turning strategy into real-world results. I bring a strong ability to connect organizational goals with employee experience through recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and performance management.

In my recent experience, I supported customer-facing operations through high-volume outbound communication and improved collections outcomes. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and consistently meet service and operational targets, strengthening both customer connection and efficiency.

I’m especially motivated by HR operations, workforce planning, and employee relationship management—where feedback and engagement translate into retention and stronger teams. I’m also excited to apply digital marketing fundamentals (SEO/SEM/PPC and analytics) to improve employer branding, inform consumer and market understanding, and drive measurable impact.
