At Deutsche Bank – RREEF, I lead the Real Estate Operations team and support the people working across its core business technology applications. I manage processes across Yardi, Real Estate Value Creator (REVC), Argus Cloud, VTS, Kinesis, and Cherre, and prepare recurring system and KPI reports for leadership.
I partnered with a third-party vendor to establish a new onboarding and offboarding process, improving handoff consistency for the operations team. Before that, at Stride Consulting LLC, I translated business requirements into BRD/FRD documentation, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, and guided stakeholders through UAT.
