At Vimal Pumps Private Limited, I lead production improvements, product upgrades, and new pump and motor development. I work with design teams, technicians, operators, and managers to improve efficiency, durability, and final-product quality.

I investigate customer issues such as motor burnout and shaft vibration, identify root causes, and recommend design or material changes. I also support R&D through structural FEA, stress, thermal, fluid-flow, and load-capacity simulations.

I prepare SOPs, test reports, efficiency calculations, technical drawings, and bills of materials while maintaining ISO 9001 and plant safety compliance. I set up jigs, fixtures, and automation tools for mass production and integrate smart pump monitoring features.

Previously at Printer Ready Corporation, I repaired, rebuilt, tested, and installed printers and laptops while managing inventory, quality checks, work assignments, training, and service estimates. My mechanical design background includes AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, component design, assembly, and drafting.
