I'm leading BNA's New Prudential and Normative Standards Program, where I map and develop risk data catalogues for Default Probability, Expected Credit Loss, regulatory ratios, and related risk calculations.
As CDO and PMO, I develop data governance policy aligned with BCBS 239 and DAMA-DMBOK, define the Chief Data Officer operating model, and steer program charters, planning, risk management, and mixed business, IT, and risk teams.
Previously, I managed BNA's Digital Competitive Intelligence Division, delivering data-driven strategic analyses, benchmark studies, scenario analysis, and contributions to the bank's AI integration roadmap and digital strategy.
Earlier in BNA's transformation department and at Vermeg, I built banking APIs, BNA-MAILING, MyBNA-h24, Mandat-Cash, Crédit-H24, online account-opening solutions, and Angular-based framework tools. I'm also a first-year PhD student in Explainable Artificial Intelligence at the Higher Institute of Computer Science, University of Tunis El Manar.
