Kashinath Halsangi

I have 9+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and CMM inspection, specializing in aerospace parts, aero engines, gear and camshaft components. I develop CMM programs for critical aeroengine parts and lead First Article Inspections (FAI) and SPS submissions for GE customers.

At Tata Advanced Systems I prepare inspection plans, implement QMS integrated with MES for real-time inspection data, and designed automated COPQ calculations to monitor nonconformance trends. I also conduct gauge R&R studies, participate in MRB and RRCA, and train new joiners while prioritizing workloads.

I am trained in GE Aviation Supplier Quality Foundation, GD&T, DPRV/AS13001 and AS9117 delegated release verification; I continuously improve CMM programs, process controls and measurement practices to meet AS9100 and customer standards.
