At Hero Motocorp, where I work through Motherson Technology Services Ltd, I develop chassis-mounted plastic trim, aluminium casting, and sheet metal components for new-generation two-wheeler platforms. I support the product lifecycle from concept feasibility and RFQ through CAD development, prototype validation, design release, and SOP.
I use CATIA V5 to develop production-ready designs and prepare engineering documentation in Teamcenter. My work also includes design validation, tolerance stack-up analysis, engineering changes, and coordination with manufacturing, tooling, quality, CAE, and supplier teams.
Previously, at Sunwoda Electronics India Pvt. Ltd., I designed mechanical systems and structural components for electronic and automotive applications, supporting prototype development, validation, and new product introduction. Earlier roles at Lorom India Corporation, Forza Medi India Pvt. Ltd., and Bosch India gave me experience in CAD development, manufacturing support, and quality processes.
