I’m looking for an executive-level role where I can lead IT infrastructure and service delivery, drive digital transformation, and strengthen cybersecurity and governance. I want a team that values operational excellence, accountability, and measurable improvements.

I’m a Technical Director and Executive leader with 20+ years of experience driving strategic planning and digital transformation across technology-focused IT services. I lead IT infrastructure management and service delivery with a strong bias toward operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

In my most recent roles as Executive Director (Technical) and Technical Director, I shaped company strategy, operational execution, and technical innovation, including Growth and Digital Transformation. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering impactful results—especially when it comes to robust cybersecurity measures, risk-aware decision-making, and measurable improvements.

Previously, as a Global IT Director at VALUELABS, I owned IT infrastructure and IT Operations globally, implementing industry best practices across service delivery, client/vendor management, and program/project management. I implemented ITIL processes and the Global One Connect Helpdesk System, and I take ownership of end-to-end process improvement through root cause analysis, practical remediation plans, and team-based performance management.

Earlier, as an IT Manager and Team Lead, I managed remote infrastructure and managed services for India/US regions using tools like Kaseya, ManageEngine, LogMeIn, TeamViewer, Bomgar, and VNC. I’ve also hands-on managed service desks and ticketing platforms such as BMC Remedy, Autotask, ConnectWise, Tigerpaw, and Kaseya Service Desk, delivered 24x7 NOC operations, and reduced IT operational costs by 30% through streamlining and vendor negotiation. My approach is grounded in governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement—consistently aligning People, Process, and Technology with business outcomes.
