I’m a technology enthusiastic recruiter with a demonstrated history of success in “insourcing,” interviewing, candidate generation, and screening resumes. I focus on understanding client needs and aligning the right technical profiles to active requisitions.

In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, I’m fully responsible for sourcing and screening qualified technical candidates and managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Software Engineers, Front-End Developers, and .NET Developers. I coordinate with my team, consolidate profiles and trackers, and share updates with the manager.

To deliver results, I use sourcing channels like Naukri.com and LinkedIn, screen applicants based on qualifications, experience, and technical background, and maintain a formatted, pipelined database of active candidates. I also keep a friendly relationship with candidates, follow up until they join, and stay in touch afterward.
