I’m applying for the Junior Officer position with Citizens Bank International Ltd, motivated by my commitment to commercial banking and measurable career growth. I bring a strong finance foundation from an MBA in Finance (Pokhara University) with a 3.67 GPA, backed by skills like credit appraisal, financial analysis, and professional communication.

I’m currently working at Global IME Bank Dulegauda Branch in the Credit Department, where I have discharged my duties for the last 5 years with “sincerity, integrity, and strict adherence to Bank policies, Credit Guidelines and NRB directives.” I support day-to-day credit discipline and operational efficiency while maintaining cohesive relationships with loan clients.

My work includes “Credit Monitoring, Upselling and cross selling loan product,” “Financial Statement Analysis,” “Credit Appraisal & Assessment,” and “Credit Proposal Preparation & Recommendation.” I also handle “proper credit documentation,” and identify EWS accounts for recovery procedures in line with the recovery policy and guidelines.

I’ve strengthened my credit expertise through training such as “Basic Credit Course on Credit Management,” “NRB regulation for credit management,” and an “overview of Credit NPA Management and SME / Retail Promotion.” I’m confident I can take on greater responsibilities and contribute effectively to the continued success of your organization.
