I've built 12+ years of progressive experience in cooperative finance, most recently managing credit and loan operations at Gandaki Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd.

I oversee the full loan lifecycle, from borrower appraisal and credit recommendations through documentation, disbursement, portfolio monitoring, ageing analysis, and recovery follow-up. My work focuses on repayment capacity, collateral, financial position, delinquency, NPL indicators, and portfolio quality.

I prepare credit and portfolio reports for management, apply financial-ratio and trend analysis, and support credit policies, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and staff guidance across branch and service-center teams.

I bring business, finance, and legal knowledge through BBS, MBS, and LLB qualifications from Tribhuvan University. My research includes comparative credit-risk analysis of Nabil Bank and NIBL Bank, cooperative loan procedures, and Nepal's anti-money-laundering framework.
