I founded Synergy Consulting in Monaco, helping purpose-driven companies launch, grow, scale, and transform their businesses, leadership, and culture. At Inchigo, I transformed a lifestyle coaching business into a scalable leadership training company, doubling revenue, increasing EBITDA by 600%, and doubling valuation in two years.

I've also led operational transformation and M&A advisory at Betbull/WYNN Interactive, helped expand an online gaming start-up toward unicorn status, and founded businesses in energy efficiency and FMCG distribution. Across global markets, I've delivered multi-million-euro energy projects, built export strategies for more than 50 brands, and developed high-performing teams, commercial systems, and growth plans.
