I am a QA Test Lead with over seven years of hands-on experience in manual and functional testing, primarily working on PEGA-based applications and enterprise insurance systems. I collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders and project managers to meet milestones and deliver reliable software.

At Cognizant I led testing for major insurance clients, supervising a twenty-member QA team and owning system, E2E, regression and UAT cycles. I drove defect triage, root-cause analysis and provided clear quality metrics and release-readiness reports to clients.

Technically, I have practical experience with PEGA PRPC (Designer Studio, Tracer, Pega Marketing), Selenium Java automation, Oracle/MySQL queries, SOAP UI and test management tools such as JIRA/Zephyr and HP QC/ALM. I validated downstream integrations, including SAP and RES interfaces, and created realistic test data using PEGA jobs.

I take ownership of process and operational tasks like transformation metrics, downtime and leave tracking, onboarding, and client-facing artifacts. I am focused on continuous improvement, ensuring defect reduction and high client satisfaction through disciplined QA practices.
