I’m a Test Analyst with over 9 years of testing experience in the Insurance domain, specializing in vital products and web-based admin systems such as PALLM and VPAS. As a client-focused Test Lead for over 7 years, I build critical test requirements, improve clarity across stakeholders, and drive high client satisfaction.

I work across the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Test Life Cycle, aligning requirements with test execution. I’m strong in multiple testing levels, thorough test documentation, bug reporting & tracking, and release readiness—using tools like HP ALM and Jira to ensure software compliance with design and customer specifications.
