What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-friendly work where I can combine teaching or customer support with accurate data encoding, quality checks, and organized administrative support—using clear communication, strong attention to detail, and reliable Google/Microsoft workflows.

I’m a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with over 10 years of experience in ESL tutoring, customer service, data entry, quality assurance, and administrative support. I bring strong accuracy, organization, and efficiency to both remote and on-site work.

As an Online ESL Teacher at Clasing ELTS, I conduct online audio English classes for European students using Clasing Portal, TEAMS, and Google Meet. I teach learners with different proficiency levels, maintain positive communication and engagement, and support encoding and administrative projects as assigned.

Earlier, I worked as an Online ESL Teacher with Douzone E&H Philippines, where I handled and monitored online video classes for Korean students across age groups and proficiency levels. I delivered lessons through company learning platforms while maintaining excellent customer service and professional communication, following company standards, policies, and core values.

My customer service and quality background is also deep: I’ve been a Customer Service Representative at KGB Philippines with a focus on quality assurance metrics, and I supported QA operations at BIG Philippines Corporation as a QA Assistant Supervisor, including overseeing investigations, corrective actions, and reports. I also have hands-on inspection and data encoding experience from my time as a QA Lead Inspector / Technician, and I continue to apply that same quality mindset to digital records, metadata, and file organization.
