I’m a resourceful IT and Operations professional with experience across Customer Support, Data Entry, Desk Clerk duties, and IT consulting. I’m known for strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and a real passion for finding edge cases and improving how teams work.

At CBC, I’ve helped standardize integrity-based data gathering and sorting to improve departmental efficiency. I also collaborated cross-functionally to resolve data integrity issues quickly, and I was recognized for excellence in Data Integrity and sorting.

In my IT Research/Consultant work, I contributed to projects spanning data gathering, project development, and operations management. I also supported crisis management initiatives by helping Operations Specialists with idea generation and execution.

Beyond day-to-day work, I build practical solutions—like a junior-level e-commerce website for farmers and AI models that optimize storage and retrieval using RAG LLM, plus a Student Helper AI integrated with WhatsApp. I leverage Claude API in these projects, and I’m eager to bring that same problem-solving mindset to a role where data quality and operations matter.
