At PepsiCo Gatorade, I lead strategic customer transitions, demand planning for Walmart, Target, and ALDI, and supply chain initiatives that improved forecast accuracy from 95% to 98%. I’ve also led eight product launches and three business unit innovations across planning, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
I’ve supported SAP S/4HANA deployments across 20+ global business teams, built SAP and Power BI dashboards for leadership, and delivered a prototype and roadmap to automate PepsiCo’s material-creation process. My work brings together requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, deployment readiness, and practical analytics.
