I’m an ethical, accountable Service Consultant who builds and maintains strong client relationships through meaningful conversations that support business growth and savings. I focus on delivering a positive customer experience by fulfilling service requests efficiently within turnaround times.

In my current role at Capitec, I handle service requests for both personal and business banking clients while strengthening the client and bank’s relationship. I also support service issue resolution and work across multiple internal stakeholders to ensure clients get accurate, timely outcomes.

Before Capitec, I developed my customer service and sales foundation as a Bank Better Champion, a Customer Service Representative, and in tele-sales/call centre environments. I’m confident in educating customers to use technology to their best ability aligned with their needs, along with skills like data capturing, follow ups, and signing up clients.
