Previously at Libstar Group, I processed high volumes of purchase orders and quotations in Syspro, managed contract pricing and customer accounts, coordinated stock transfers, and supported key account managers. I've also trained new team members and handled export, inter-company, and COD accounts.

My background spans customer service administration, debtors, real estate, and Syspro implementation support. I bring more than 15 years of organised, dependable support across CRM systems, ERP platforms, customer relationships, and sales operations.
