What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support secure enterprise IT environments through device provisioning, identity and access management, infrastructure troubleshooting, and service-focused technical support.

At TAI Engineers, I provision and image enterprise hardware, deploy business software, and reduce post-deployment user downtime.

I administer Active Directory profiles, directory objects, access permissions, password resets, and credential lifecycle requests while applying security baselines and Group Policy.

Previously at Trimac Transportation, I supported user provisioning, MFA, Microsoft 365, Citrix, and Tier 1–2 technical issues through ServiceNow and ITIL practices.
