I've spent over a decade teaching English and developing training programs that help people apply language skills in practical settings. My work combines instruction, quality assurance, interpretation, coaching, and operational coordination.

At Alfa Systems LLC, I delivered virtual instructor-led training for new OPI interpreters, evaluated readiness through structured assessments, and coached trainees for production. I used AI-assisted workflows to organize training information, develop practice scenarios, and turn complex language-service concepts into clear learning resources.

At Lyons Restores by Arrow, I managed customer service operations and claims analysis, working with insurance providers, contractors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues accurately and fairly. I also trained and mentored staff, implemented quality assurance strategies, and improved service processes.

I've also led interpreter training and quality assurance at Akorbi SAS, trained telemarketing sales teams at Connect and Close SAS and Lamassu Media SAS, and taught primary and middle school subjects. I bring advanced English, native Spanish, public speaking, translation, interpretation, and a human-centered approach to complex information and team development.
