At Lush Media Group, I designed and shipped Clari, an LLM agent orchestrator with a five-domain tool catalog, tool-calling, and routing. It runs in production.
I also built conversational LLM agents for WhatsApp and Telegram with function-calling and memory, and optimized inference costs to about US$1.65 per day. I added speech-to-text for WhatsApp voice notes and retrieval over conversation data.
On Maven, I helped move an unused internal CRM into a platform used for agencies’ daily operations. I work across its LLM systems and SaaS infrastructure, including deployment, data security, and a client-facing portal.
Before engineering, I worked in contact-center operations and training at Lush Media Group, OMG World Wide Group SAS, [24]7.ai, Atento, and World Travel Assist. I bring that operational perspective to building support systems, and I’m available for full-time remote work.
