As a Freelance AI & Marketing Automation Specialist, I design, implement, and troubleshoot automation systems for businesses, creators, and marketing teams. I configure GoHighLevel workflows and AI agents, including lead routing and automated follow-ups.

With ManyChat, I build and optimize messaging workflows for lead capture and customer engagement. I configure keyword-triggered automations, tagging, and audience segmentation, and test workflows to address trigger or integration issues.

On a GoHighLevel CRM and AI agent project, I worked with lead tags, assignment rules, triggers, and sales-team routing. I also developed approaches for AI-to-human handoffs and supported configuration updates.

I’ve also worked on a creator automation project involving product selection, creator tiers, and commission assignment, using Voiceflow, Shopify, and Airtable. I’m focused on reducing repetitive work and making customer experiences more efficient through automation.
