What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support senior leaders and commercial teams in a fast-paced international environment, using executive coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and operational follow-through to keep priorities moving on time.

I've supported Executive Committees, CEOs, and senior leadership teams at BNP Paribas Cardif and Gimas Ship Supply & Services, managing complex diaries, executive communications, travel, reporting, and confidential documentation.

At Gimas, I owned the General Manager's inbox and coordinated commercial follow-ups across sales, key account, operations, customers, suppliers, and international partners. I also led the company’s IMPA London participation, coordinating travel, accommodation, budgeting, suppliers, customer meetings, and on-site delivery.

My experience also includes export finance and operations at Elips Textile and sales coordination for VIP and CIP airport services at TAV Airports Holding. I work professionally in Turkish and English and use Microsoft Office 365 to keep information, actions, and stakeholders aligned.
