What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine technical troubleshooting, feasibility studies, and customer training to improve industrial filtration performance and sustainability outcomes, with clear ownership and opportunities to grow.

I am a technical professional with 3+ years of experience in project coordination, cross-functional stakeholder management, and quality-driven processes, currently transitioning into IT with a focus on Project Coordinator and QA roles.

At BWF Group, I became the first woman promoted to the Technical Services department and the first female engineer to conduct domestic and international field inspections — all within my first year. I also initiated and led a company-wide sustainability project that successfully implemented a production waste recycling process, contributing to the organisation's efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align on requirements, manage timelines, and deliver structured outcomes. I hold an ISO 9001 Quality Management certificate, with hands-on experience in SAP, CRM systems, and KVKK/GDPR compliance documentation.
