What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my troubleshooting, web development, and client-support experience to improve technical reliability and user satisfaction in a collaborative organization.

I provide technical support and web development for WordPress, WooCommerce, LMS, and integrated SaaS environments through Expertz and freelance work. I diagnose complex application issues, from plugin conflicts and broken checkout flows to access, automation, tracking, and third-party integration failures.

I develop and maintain the systems I support, giving me end-to-end knowledge across websites, e-commerce, course delivery, webinars, email services, and conversion funnels. I use browser DevTools, WordPress/PHP logs, hosting panels, and structured testing to identify root causes and implement practical fixes.

I've also coordinated an educational digital product launch at Stoody, taught programming and technology at Logiscool Cluj, and managed digital operations and Facebook Ads workflows. I enjoy translating technical issues into clear next steps for non-technical teams and taking full ownership of client requests.
