What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an AI-first, process-driven B2B SaaS marketing role where I can own strategy, content, and lead generation, run events/community, and use CRM + analytics to continuously improve workflows.

I’m a business psychologist working as a B2B Junior Marketing Manager with a broad remit in B2B SaaS—strategy and positioning through marketing, lead gen and design to events, community, and project management. I’m AI-first and process-driven, and I built and own marketing strategy as a binding single source of truth (ICP, channel strategy, positioning). I also manage trade show and customer events end-to-end, from booth logistics and vendors to agenda, speaker selection, and lead handling.

Across my roles, I owned content end-to-end, developed systematic recycling processes, and turned recurring tasks into standardized, documented workflows (blueprints, content calendar, approval tracker, content checklists). I’ve supported B2B campaigns with web and LinkedIn lead generation, created sales enablement materials like pitch decks and whitepapers, and built content agents and a Notion knowledge base to automate and improve execution.
