What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote RN triage nurse role where I can assess patients by phone, prioritize urgency, and guide them to the appropriate level of care.

At Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, I triage behavioral health patients by telephone, assess symptoms and urgency, and guide patients to the appropriate level of care. I also answer medication questions and document triage interactions in Epic.

I communicate medical and mental health findings to psychiatrists and physicians to inform individualized care plans. I coordinate referrals, obtain service authorizations, and arrange transportation to help remove barriers to care.

Earlier, I provided medical-surgical nursing at St. Bernardine Hospital and Olympia Medical Center. At Olympia Medical Center, I rotated as charge nurse, overseeing unit activity and supervising CNAs and LVNs.
