I’m an Experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal with extensive knowledge of case management and the litigation process. Integrity/honesty first is the way I work, and I thrive in a virtual setting while supporting successful team collaboration.

In my most recent work, I managed P.I. cases from beginning to end—requesting medical records/medical bills, drafting settlement demands and pleadings, calendaring court dates and important deadlines, and preparing settlement statements. I also negotiated medical bills and medical liens, scheduled depositions and court hearings, and wrote settlement checks via QuickBooks while paying bills and coordinating assistance for the attorney/owner.

Previously, I worked as a Contract Lien Resolution Analyst, where I managed, negotiated, and resolved outstanding class-action and individual insurance liens within an extensive corporate database. I also bring strong litigation preparation experience, including drafting complaints and motions/briefs, preparing/responding to discovery, and scheduling/coordinating depositions and mediations.

Throughout my legal career, I’ve supported trials and hearings by compiling/coordination of expert review packages, scheduling expert witnesses, preparing deposition summaries, building medical chronologies, and conducting legal research. I’m meticulous with document processing, client interactions, and high-volume case/file management, and I’ve also supported office operations and trained new office personnel.
