I’m a results-driven Operations and Customer Success Manager with 5+ years of international experience, including 3 years overseeing operations across 5 EMS studios and leading high-performing teams. I’m energized by revenue and performance ownership, especially when I can improve customer satisfaction and retention through disciplined execution.
At FAST FIT EMS, I managed studio performance and KPI achievement through monthly and daily revenue monitoring, trainer productivity evaluation, and customer feedback loops. I also supported consistent results by conducting interviews, recruitment, and onboarding of new trainers, then training and developing staff to meet company standards.
Before that, I built operational excellence from the ground up as a Supervisor and Personal Trainer, monitoring client progress during EMS sessions to adjust intensity levels and maximize safety and performance outcomes.
