I'm currently leading program and project initiatives for the Anesthesia Department and Emergency Services at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, managing data, reporting, risks, budgets, payroll, onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice payments.

Previously, I supported the Chief of Anesthesia and Chief Operating Officer at Massachusetts Eye and Ear for nearly six years. I managed executive calendars, coordinated staffing, onboarding and credentialing, supported rotators and providers, tracked expenses, and served as a communication hub across departments and external partners.

My healthcare administration background also includes radiology services at Boston Medical Center, Oto Neurology, vaccine ordering and handling for the Department of Public Health, lab coordination, and switchboard operations. I improve patient flow, scheduling, records accuracy, provider coordination, and administrative processes in fast-paced settings.

With 14+ years of experience, I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring hands-on experience supervising teams, coordinating logistics, improving workflows, and supporting compliant, high-quality service delivery.
