At WALLER ISD, I analyze student performance metrics and assessment trends using PowerSchool, and implemented targeted instructional supports that contributed to 85% benchmark mastery against a 70% target. At HOUSTON ISD, I supported campus administration and instruction, adapting to digital platforms and helping colleagues adopt new tools and workflows. In my independent real estate practice, I coordinated transactions and property preparation while providing English and Spanish client service.
