Managed delivery of digital transformation and automation initiatives with US-based clients. Oversaw offshore development teams, maintaining overall project plans, release schedules, and success criteria.

Supported full-lifecycle migration to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Facilitated requirements workshops, authored high-level/low-level design documents, and translated business needs into user stories for Agile sprint execution.

Managed client upgrades to pension administration software, overseeing quality assurance and defect management.

Delivered CRM, Oracle, Pega/Chordiant, and sustainability platform initiatives across telecommunications, mining, and enterprise client environments. Produced functional specifications, solution design documents, use cases, user stories, and test documentation across billing, accounting, taxation, CRM, and decision management processes.
