At Lisinsky Lawfirm, I coordinate client intake, appointments, payments, documentation, fingerprints, and case-management data while guiding clients through immigration procedures including U Visa, T Visa, VAWA AOS, and Visa DA processes.

I've supported customers across travel, healthcare, and credit card campaigns at IGT Solutions and Concentrix, handling inquiries, ticket changes, refunds, billing, insurance, medical records, complaints, and escalations. I was recognized as Employee of the Month multiple times and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor.

As a supervisor, I coached and trained team members, identified service trends, improved processes, and built productive teams. My earlier operations experience also includes project implementation, fiber-optic equipment, telecommunications infrastructure, image processing, and Windows-based networks.
