I’m a results-driven Customer Service & Logistics Team Lead with experience in BPO operations, specializing in performance management, team development, and customer experience excellence. I lead teams to drive KPI achievement and optimize processes for sustainable outcomes.
In my current role, I coordinate deliveries across the US and Canada, acting as the key link between customers, warehouses, and drivers to ensure efficient service.
