I’m an early-career specialist with experience in customer communication, user support, delivery coordination, SEO, content editing, and basic troubleshooting. I enjoy explaining things clearly, organizing tasks, and helping people solve practical problems.

At PhoenixGate VPN, I answer user questions in Telegram, help with service setup, handle basic access and connection issues, and write short instructions, service updates, and onboarding messages. I also track recurring questions and pass more technical issues to a partner when needed.

Previously, I worked on SEO tasks as a Junior SEO Specialist, including keyword research, organizing data in Excel, updating page titles and website content, and placing backlinks. I also work as a Delivery Assistant for a confectionery company, where I confirm addresses and delivery times, communicate with customers, and handle last-minute schedule changes calmly.

I’m interested in remote opportunities in customer support, operations, content, community management, and project coordination. I’m responsible, attentive to detail, comfortable working independently, and willing to learn new tools and processes.
