I’ve coordinated risk assessment and safety protocols across logistics operations for Haulmate (for Hirschbach Motor Lines), catching issues early and keeping cases moving within compliance timelines.

I handle OS&D claims end-to-end—intake, Bills of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) review, and invoice verification—then work with carriers and internal teams to close cases.

I also monitor driver Hours-of-Service using ELD systems, flag violations, and coordinate corrective action. I transcribe driver communications from RingCentral into clear summaries relayed to Driver Leaders and CSRs.

Before that, I managed a US-based B2B collections portfolio at Midland Credit Management and handled international reservations, refunds, and cancellations for Turkish Airlines and UK customer support for British Airways.
