Deepshikha Dua

I’m an Admission & Outreach Manager with 3+ years of experience, and I’ve handled admissions for a diverse range of programs including B. Tech, MBA, and various other UG and PG courses. I provide ongoing career counseling to students and parents, communicate admission-process activities throughout the year, and act as the SPOC for grievances or urgent situations.

Alongside admissions, I bring deep English teaching experience—about 9 years as an English language trainer and subject teacher, delivering training in Grammar, Public speaking, presentation, and Behavioral skills. I’ve also earned hands-on experience through Salesforce Trailhead (Salesforce CRM fundamentals, data modeling, object customization, reports, dashboards, formulas, and validation rules) to strengthen my ability to manage student and CRM data effectively.
