What I'm looking for

I'm looking for international remote roles where I can lead creative operations, learning and design enablement, build scalable capability programs, and apply AI-enabled workflows to improve team productivity and delivery quality.

I've led design training, production support, and capability-building initiatives at Annalect, Omnicom Media Group for global teams and clients. My work spans upskilling, reskilling, creative QA/QC, learning governance, and AI-enabled workflows for distributed teams.

I've delivered 200+ corporate training sessions, mentored 1,000+ learners, and trained 100+ new hires. I create curricula, assessments, SOPs, reference materials, and performance reports that strengthen onboarding and workforce readiness.

Across Lingayas Vidyapeeth, Apeejay Institute of Design, EY, Hero Mindmine, and World Bank/Bangladesh Computer Council programs, I've combined design education with real-world delivery. I’ve taught graphic design, animation, web design, digital marketing, visual design, and design thinking while building portfolio-focused learning.

I bring hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva, and presentation design, alongside stakeholder management, remote delivery, risk escalation, and process improvement. I’m focused on making creative teams more capable, consistent, and ready to deliver.
