I’m an Azure-certified Cloud Engineer and Systems Infrastructure Analyst with hands-on experience supporting cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and daily system operations. I’ve worked across multi-country environments and translate complex technical issues into clear, practical solutions for both technical teams and business stakeholders.

In my role as an IT Systems Infrastructure Analyst, I co-led enterprise infrastructure modernisation and cloud migration across 11 countries, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and guiding the transition from on-premises systems to Microsoft Azure. I provisioned and configured cloud infrastructure components—Azure storage accounts, virtual networks, security groups, and policies—to strengthen scalability, availability, and operational efficiency.

I’m especially strong in identity and access management: I administered IAM processes using Active Directory and Microsoft Intune, developing and enforcing user access policies for 100+ users to improve security compliance, governance standards, and audit readiness. I also managed high-volume service requests, incidents, and project tasks with SLA compliance using structured ITSM and workflow management approaches.

I deliver continuous improvement by analysing system performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process enhancements to reduce downtime and improve resilience. Beyond infrastructure, I support operational planning and reporting with dashboards and structured documentation—plus SharePoint intranet and SOPs—to keep knowledge management and stakeholder alignment strong.
