At Wema Bank, I manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve inquiries and complaints, and provide support through email and social media. I document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining professional communication and brand voice.

I've also provided remote virtual assistance, coordinating calendars, appointments, tasks, client correspondence, and professional documents. I focus on keeping daily operations organized, meeting deadlines through proactive reminders, and representing clients professionally.

During my NYSC placement with the Delta State Ministry of Water Resources Development, I conducted groundwater exploration, geological mapping, geophysical surveys, and hydrogeological data collection and analysis.

I bring a geology background, data-analysis tools including Excel, Google Workspace, PostgreSQL, and basic Python, plus leadership experience in financial recordkeeping, community sanitation, and field-mapping projects.
