I’m looking for a role where I can apply my commercial property surveying expertise—especially property management, lease advisory, service charges, and compliance—while partnering closely with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to deliver practical, outcome-driven results.

I’m a Chartered commercial property surveyor with broad experience across public, private, higher education and healthcare portfolios. I’m RICS APC Assessor and APC Counsellor, bringing a practical, client-focused approach to property management, lease advisory, and rent reviews.

In my recent roles as Property Manager, I’ve led service charge budget preparation and ongoing management, supported statutory compliance (including legionella risk assessments and CQC-related tenant requests), and helped drive lease regularisation, rent reviews, regears and occupation strategy. Earlier, I managed large-scale estates and assets at Newcastle City Council, including 15 industrial estates and delivering 97% occupancy and £1.25m gross rental income, while also handling arrears, forfeiture, dilapidations, and strategic asset reviews.
