I'm implementing end-to-end WhatsApp chatbot funnels at The Wise Parrot for Firgun Travels, The Wise Parrot, and Inwest Infra. I map customer journeys, design conversation flows, configure automation logic, and run QA through go-live.
At Revature, I delivered RevWorkForce, a production-grade role-based HR platform, owning requirements, backend architecture, database design, testing, and stakeholder demos. I adapted across Java, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and Linux as technical briefs shifted each sprint.
I'm also building Tagwing, an AI-powered SEO listing optimiser for Etsy and Shopify sellers. I wrote its PRD, defined pricing tiers and go-to-market strategy, validated demand through seller communities, and built the core engine with Claude API, Spring Boot, and React.
I use AI tools throughout development for design review, documentation, test generation, debugging, research, and copywriting. I enjoy taking ownership under ambiguity and translating technical decisions into clear business narratives.
