At Yellow.ai, I built and improved agentic RAG chatbots for clients including Decathlon, Xiaomi, and Swiggy. For Decathlon, I created a Python product-metadata pipeline and reworked the bot into a multi-agent system, helping reach 91% query deflection and cut LLM inference costs by 70%.
I also led Xiaomi’s chatbot cloud migration and built features for product questions, order tracking, and bookings. Across Yellow.ai projects, I contributed to retrieval infrastructure and automated data pipelines, including work that increased voice-intent recognition accuracy by 10%.
