What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, and operational improvement work where I can simplify complex requirements, strengthen adoption, and build scalable training and workflows.

At GreenLink Networks, I lead end-to-end customer onboarding for VoIP and communications solutions, coordinating sales, engineering, porting, and support teams from discovery through activation and handoff.

Previously at Done Global, I reduced provider onboarding time from more than 45 days to 25 days through workflow optimization and change management. I also built HIPAA certification audit processes for 300+ providers, created training materials that improved platform literacy, and translated technical enrollment requirements into clear guidance.

I bring a Clinical Psychology background, ESL teaching experience, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to building practical training, trusted stakeholder relationships, and scalable customer experiences.
